I love the idea except for anything like combat levels that make us leagues apart in pvp.

I Reckon Just Leveling and skills sort of like millenaire mod levelling but no classes

I honestly like everything else but skills would make minetown change to much. Minetown is an economy server not RPG. It would also make new players very weak. Tell me wait you think.

right now for the classes and skills we are waiting for the proper release of Minecraft as it is only a week away. Once that has been released we will see how well there basic system works for levelling and such. We will also be waiting on updates from bukkit and the plugin creators as well as seeing what new plug ins come out with Minecraft 1.0.0.

Pretty sure bukkit'll be able to have diff worlds with diff mods, could we do that? I'm sure at least some of us are playing minecraft cause we don't enjoy mmorpg's as much?
