ok well cryston how many blocks radius is that city going to be and admins wont spawn stuff to pay for work will they because this should be a whole community thing you know? like this project should be the most important thing and we should have people working on this like as their main project and also will there be lots? if so how will anyone regulate the prices on lots?

Their has to be lots or apartments since it's going to be a large city. As far as regulation of price let the project mananger's and architects set reasonable prices. beforehand. or something like that.. just throwing idea's around

There should be home regulations for residents. like real ones. 2 exits for fire hazards etc

if your interested in helping me let me know i want to create a city from scratch I'll need some one to help design it and a few architects to help build it. GearElite i could really use your help I like the idea of a subway system.

I think it would be cool to find a large enough island and start their then connect it to another island and turn them into city's.

we'll start in one central location and take our time build structures that way we wont try and do to much and waist time and space if the enthusiasms on the project dies down.

Archvader your assistance would be great too as an architect Espero is a really well designed town.
