Asking people you dont really know for girl help? Hm.
Disregard women, aquire elo.
I'm not going to say anything since I have the exact same issue xD
Yeah, tell the girl your friend is a creeper. Say you just thought she was cool so you wanted her number then he got carried away.
m i allow to a photo of her here?
Yeah, but that doesnt help the creepiness thing.
I'm giving you the kudos just for having the balls to do this <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f600.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":d">:d</object>
If you think she may like you, spend more time around her -> ask her to go out somewhere with you.
My generalo approach is the loveable joker who has a penchant for dogs. Works so far <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f44d.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":thumb:">:thumb:</object>

Moral of the story: Don't stress about relationships at your age.
Okay all guys know some girl that is a little crazy... now times that by around 10. Thats what every girl is like from the ages of 12-18 and I am not even kidding with this one.
They're hormonal, they're still developing so their tastes and personalities change over time and to top it all off they're just a big bag of crazies.
I know from experience, I was exactly the same but never realised it. I am now sharing a room with my 17 year old female cousin and DEAR GOD shes a big bag of crazies and it scares me sometimes o_O
Take for example my cousin, shes the typical mellow dramatic female at that age. She has an argument with her boyfriend over something little and it gets blown way out of proportion. She comes home in a rage shouting at him that the relationship is over then later sobbing because she feels empty. Unfortunately for her I am not very sympathetic and tell her to stop being a knob head and sort it out properly rather than this silly drama. She calms herself down and listens to me and it gets sorted within an hour. Next day she will post a fb status "Arghh I've had an amazing day with my boyfriend! I'm so in love!!!" I mean seriously -_-
Sadly I can understand because I was similar at that age, I had an ex that was fairly lazy and never turned up at a time he said he would be, it used to drive me completely up the wall. To the point where he would travel 45mins to see me and I would refuse to leave the house or let him in lol <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f610.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":|">:|</object>
All of my female friends were like it, I see all of my cousins friends now doing it. Its just that age. So don't stress or worry because you havent got a girlfriend, least you don't have the headache of dealing with the crazies that come with it.
If that hasn't put you off then my best advice would be always be honest with her. Some girls don't even realise a guy likes them until mr.obvious hits them with a fish. If you wait too long to tell them you like them then they may have already friend zoned you. So take them out for the day, enjoy each others company and if you still really like the girl then tell her at the end of the date that you like her. You dont even need to make it an official date, just ask her if she wants to hang with you. Its also down to attraction, if the feeling isnt there then it can't be forced. I've had plenty of guy friends that could have been seen as the perfect match for me but I just didnt feel that way about them.
So give her a full day of your undivided attention and just act yourself, by the end of the day tell her you like her and it will be apparent if she likes you back or not. Don't get hung up if shes not interested, another girl will come along and be 100x better than the girl you thought you liked and she could like you back <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

Danni you ever read romeo and juliet? Just curious because that last sentence sounded like something benvolio told romeo right before they went to the capulet party <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f610.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":|">:|</object>
