I wasnt being modest, I was being truthful XD

We're still human at the end of the day so we still make mistakes but we try to be our best so that the server is at its best.

hey guys <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object> me and dancraft had similar ideas. but i suggest these junior mods should maybe get a few more things. like definitely setting warps, protection but maybe even flying! they should almost get everything a mod gets but just have a special tag to show they are new and not as much of an expert as a mod

From what I've heard most of this has already been discussed and will be implemented once the new server and 1.9 is up. About powers, they will be minimal because even with barely any powers they can probably cut down on the number of petitions pretty efficiently. I'm more in favor of less powers to be honest.

If the junior mods had powers it would be no point in making them. What I mean is that the purpose of them (said at the beginning) will be to cut down on the Mods jobs/petitions. This does not mean making perms. but setting warps/answering questions and dealing with more basic stuff.

My idea:

Once an admin/mod who is observing the junior mod is happy with them to be ranked up, they would ask them to.
ok, i see your point and i respect it. but if juniors can do all that why not add one simple thing wich is perms??? i believe they should not so much be juniors but just new mods that dont have much experience.
What jobs would mods do if juniors had perm. There has to be some power difference between the two larger than the ability to ban etc. keep in mind only ops and admins can world edit. normal mods usually do not have these powes and have been taken away already.

ya I edited it already I forgot that it was broken and that's why they were temporary ops

Even so, flying and the ability to ban shouldn't be the only differentiating factors (there may be other small ones i am forgetting) to between junior mods and mods.

Hence why i believe they should have very limited powers as previously discussed
