Quality wins over quantity :'P

I have no idea why people believe their join date determines their standing in situations like these, this isn't a given right, it's a chance to help the community and its users.

Couldn't agree more.
I VOTE YES
Doesnt matter when you joined, its how you are as a person that counts.

Its normally well liked people that become mods, someone with a ton of patience and good judgment. Someone who will try to help even if they really dont like the person. Someone who can hold their temper when an argument breaks out, someone who can keep their cool under stressful situations.

Thats what being a mod is about, thats what we aim for and we dont accept anything but the best <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

Its a matter of trust, and maturity... You two bickering over join dates are not showing very much maturity. If this happens we will probably choose them from the same mod application page, and new "junior" mods or whatever they are called would be as often as new trial mods come up. I also agree with Reggie that maybe super-mods or in my opinion just adding a few more admins would be nice.
I also think "Super mods" would be a good idea, I.e Being able to do more then a normal mod but also less then an admin.
I vote more ranks like,

Helper

Junior Mod

Super Mod etc...
So from all I have read I think that the Junior Mods powers would be:

Check /pe

No fly/speed

Be invisible

Have a special tag

Have a better chance of becoming a mod later on

kick/ban temporary- perm. bans would have to be requested with evidence ( I guess the junior mods word would be an evidence itself)

No perm

I guess setting warps

Tp to someone - not tpa some one to the junior mod

Muting

Short Jailing

I think that's all <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f61b.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":p">:p</object>
