I already made a plugin like this but I see Madster it already on it.

Oh...My...God...
i voted no.. because i misunderstood the concept at first.. i was thinking just putting the enchantment you wanted at lvl cost instead of randomly like at a table... if its a table, yeah do it ;D
Sadly enough, we had talked about doing a /Panvil.. Well, bukkit has not added those API's just yet. So, basically, the plugin for /penchant is done. Still looking on how to do the brewing stand, and then I will be finishing up some other small stuff in it.
hmm....

my offer still stands /jukebox would take come creative thinking i will have to say. /beacon idk what you mean by that if you mean the power-ups being mobile then i would say charge credits in mass for constant use and again that would take creative thinking, i'm still not sure...
beacon would be a no...cause thatr is a permapotion...and that would be bad

I was thinking like, that you'd need to give it 200 or so diamond blocks to get max effects, and only 10 diamond blocks to get minimum effects.
But wait, the effect is permanent?
Beacons are a lot epicer than I thought....
yea...only way i can see a /beacon is if it constantly drains something like 2-10mtc/second from your account depending on the enchant being used...and a way to turn it off would be needed cause beacons dont turn off w/o breaking and replacing that i am aware of
