As of right now, the plugin im developing is at this stage:

/Penchant(pops open the enchantment table anywhere when command is typed.)

perms for /Penchant are also done. (penchant.enchant)

being worked on:

make it so that you don't have to stand near book cases to get the max bookcase enchantment

add /Pbrew to open a brewing stand GUI anywhere when the command is typed

to do later:

add /Panvil to open a brewing stand GUI anywhere when the command is typed

Now, you might wonder why, or what the "P" is doing in the commands, remember that other plugins(CommandBook) use commands like /enchant already. The "P" just stands for portable.
