While warping to a place you know is bugged :
1 : If you warp somewhere and starting dying, immediately type /home or /spawn
2 : Put away valuables, and try warp again
3 : Warp again, and while warping, and you are floating in space, start walking forward / jumping
4 : You should end up away from the block that is killing you
