Im keeping this claim. Please remove the cobble/wooden wall around the perimeter and make sure that the water is corrected where the wall is built into it Additionally, please make sure you are not building within that already-claimed-land distance rule!

Reason : Player has not been online for past 1 month and 25 days.
2nd Reason : I want to make a guardian farm. i have waited. tryed my best to look if he comes online so i can buy the claim from him.
3th Reason : Claim isnt even build on. just the around part that is wood. i want to make a guardian farm, and to be able to make a farm for other people too use, beacuse off the mob cap issue we have in the end atm. but stil want to make a guardian farm myself to get xp from. and have a project too work with.
