I would just like to say on behalf of all OSX users that macs don't get Windows viruses as they don't have a registry <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

One of the perks about having a mac. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>
I like to use PC Tools Spyware Doctor, as it is pretty strong at destroying viruses, does scans every once in a while, and protects your computer. You'll have to buy it. (Or look on TPB)
All of them are good. It's just which one you like more. I have AVAST myself and it is pretty good.

Norton is good too, but it notices me about every single action I do.. Which is a little bit annoying.
I use AVAST its the best ive had...

norton only caused issues!
Should stop necroing
@Happyworm

Just spending some time and trying to get some life on forums while I'm sitting in jail.
spybot search and destroy is decent at cleaning up a virus. malwarebytes is also a good after the fact cleaner. I use linux for my home machines so I only get to see viruses when I clean up someone else's machine.
AAAVVVVAAASSSTTTT!!!
Definitely Avast for Windows. Its free, easy, and doesn't bog down your system like the full-fledged anti-virus.

Also, get Malware Bytes - the free version allows you to quickly perform manual scans of files.

Also, don't use Internet Explorer, get Firefox.
WHATS AN ANTIVIRUS LOOOLOLOL
