The Mayan calendar can't be right because it did not account for leap days, so technically the world should have ended more than 4 years ago.
Of course the world won't end today! It will end tomorrow.

Ah man i was ganna say that.
Solution to the problem = At 11:59, turn your clock back an hour. Repeat. Never becomes 12/21. >: D
Hey wouldn't stuff be happening right now if the world was to end tommorow. Like having the sky turn dark or it getting reallly windy out of no where. It's not like the world well just completely end in a millisecond.

It's dark and really windy where I am D:

Oh wait, that's because it's night time. And there's a windstorm.
We're all still here, right? <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f600.svg" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":d">:d</object>

The world has said to end in so many different years, this "End of World" shit seems so ridiculous to me I just ignore it. I was texting my Girlfriend all last night joking about it. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f600.svg" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":d">:d</object>

Oh, and NASA made a page on why 2012 will not happen. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f620.svg" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":x">:x</object> Some Clicky Thing ^_^

That's wrong.

The Maya used a modified 20-base system for the long count calender. They tracked days in 20, 360, 7200, 144000, 2880000, etc. The long count calendar ends at the 144000 mark. Anyway, using this system the concept of leap-years is irrelevant, because it's not based on solar years, simply on pure math.

Just if you are wondering, they Mayan long count calender is as accurate as today's atomic clocks. Also we use a 10 base counting system (10, 100, 1000, 10,000 etc).
Do you speak-a my language?
