Ok im not going to lie, this is a terrible idea, no offence to you, your a great person and very mature BUT this servers reputation is for their quality of server staff, if we allow young mods and admins to join we would have a bunch of kids who want to join who realy dont understand what to do, theyre just in it for the perks, by all means im not going to label this to all youngsters but i mean be realistic sir. Im all the experience ive seen, most people finnaly mature at the age of 16, some people though like coaster and such other under 16 aged moderators are still mature and completely experienced.

Plus, its easier to sift out the amount of apps since if it was all age, there would be plenty of issues with immaturity and even theft of accounts since most young members of minetown i know dont take care of their accounts properly.

Do keep in mind however this is a very rare occurrence. The reasons gotmilk54445 and I become Moderators was becuase of our work as staff before. (Majorly) We we're both Moderators on the PVP server and I was a Helper on the main.

coaster, you and milk are one of the rare humans which have brains that have developed more fluently than most others, you can tell that you have power and your never taking advantage of it.

Personally, I dont see why there should be an age limit. As many would have mentioned before, there are young people who act mature. And I dont think it is a good idea to discriminate people on this server simply due to age. The server is missing out on the opportunity to get competent mods who happen to be young, as few as there may be.

The downside to this would be the extra amount of incompetent people who apply to be mods, which could make it frustrating for people to read. But obviously, them simply applying wont grant them mod positions, so I dont think this is a serious problem. (If the mods go through a strenuous process to determine whether each mod applicant should be accepted, my bad.)

On a side note, I dont think people who are underaged should regard a change in the age limit to be something that will benefit them greatly... Honestly I don't know what many of the 'over-aged' mod applicants were thinking when they applied either....
