All the stuff the building is made out of is also for sale with the land, if you just want to do a city buyback?

Well, you could just demolish it and take the materials for your or your city's use, and sell the land to someone else or use it for something else. I mean, 64 gold for about 70 glowstone, 80 sandstone, 80-90 brick blocks and about 70 smoothstone... that's a steal. Even my original 32 dia was a steal on all that. I *could* auction it, but I don't want to be one of those people who flood the chat saying "going once, going twice, new bid, going once, going twice..." it's annoying. They should say "3 minute bid" and when the time is up sell it for highest price.
