ive accomplished alot for minetowners, i often drop gold for people who dont have much, i have a casino that frankly has more payoff than it costs, i ran a town (not so successful) and then another (much more successful) and i am currently building a pvp arena for recreation and for weekly events with great prizes and can be used for multiple different events and can be rented out for more private events other people might hold EDIT: it is more of an event arena not entirely pvp

No you are offering your services when you make a mod app. Asking is when you message players saying you've made a mod app and asking players to like it or just generally doing massive hints such as "Oh I do hope I get mod" in global chat.

Its not appreciated when people do that and its more likely to get them negative votes. Just be sincere and be yourself. Once you've made your application forget about it and go help players and get yourself to stand out in a good way.

I do not know the minimum age for , however I do know it is not age 16... I know a helper whom is younger than such.

Also, it's fine to express interest in being a helper/mod, I believe. Just don't go begging people to say good things about you and don't beg them to +1 your applications. Just like Danni said. So it's fine for you to be asking about the helper position. It shows you have an interest in being a bigger help. I remember, I think Danni and Sayomie, both saying about someone wanting to be a Mod. They were saying it's fine to ask about the position. But beyond that and the app, anything more is looked down upon. So, what you're doing now is perfectly fine. Beyond what you're asking is then frowned upon. I don't know if I'm making any sense. It makes sense in my head... then again, people say I don't always make sense, haha.
