Well I came to conclusion that I need better graphics card...This one is a bit outdated...

Be careful about buying GPU over Ebay. You never know how the card has been handled, if it's really new, etc, etc. Graphics cards are fragile so you don't want to go spending good money only to find out you got a bum card.

Any graphics card you can find with at least 1 GB dedicated video memory should be more than sufficient to record and playback in HD quality. If it has less than 1GB it is not worth buying, as it's "outdated."

2GB is a lot better than one.

Check both NVIDIA and ATI/AMD cards. This time of year most stores are having sales, so before you commit to any one card go look around on the Internet to see if there are any deals available, there always are.

What you don't need to worry about in a GPU are things like "overclocking", which is heavily advertised and is basically a marketing ploy to get people to pay a little bit more for their GPU. Overclocking is bad for the card in most situations, it generates more heat than normal and can ruin your GPU or other hardware if your box is not properly ventilated.

The most important thing to check when buying a new GPU is the VOLTAGE. Does your power supply have enough power to run the card? If you're putting a modern gaming GPU in an older computer, you might not have an adequate supply of power, and will risk damaging the computer and card if turn it on. (I've done this. Fire. Smoke. Wasted money. Not fun.) So be sure to check how much voltage the card needs, and how much your power supply can safely output, before you install it and turn on your computer.
Ok...So...Basically... ... ... ... Go To NewEgg and ...Steal their stuff...ok ok ok I got it! I rob a bank and then Buy the beastiest Desktop Ever! Great Plan!

Lol, CPU isn't as important for the quality of the finished product, really it's only going to decrease the amount of time it takes for your computer to process the video. The video card and the software you use to make the video is what will determine quality.

*You'll never actually increase the quality beyond what the source video was recorded at, so keep that in mind. If you want HD res, you've got to record in HD. Upconverting standard def. to HD doesn't work well, and is not worth the time in my opinion.

As long as you find a new GPU which will work with your setup, and which has at least 1GB dedicated video memory, you should be fine. It just might take your computer a while to crunch all the video data, but she'll get there. :)

This is the one I use:

http://www.amd.com/US/PRODUCTS/DESKTOP/GRAPHICS/ATI-RADEON-HD-5000/HD-5970/Pages/ati-radeon-hd-5970-overview.aspx

But anything in that line should be fine, just don't go below the 5670 model or you will lose HD rendering, I believe.

Don't tell Gear, but I have a vault in the side of his vault that allows me access to his vault.

After he sealed it with bedrock, I told him i closed it, never to come again.

I lied
