I'm not exactly sure why this is so hard for you understand Ruby.

When someone breaks rules (2 and 5 in this case), we punish with progressively more drastic measures.

1. You are warned.

2. You are kicked.

3. You are banned.

We employ this progressive punishment system so that you can stop at any time, and avoid a ban. We give the chance for you to stop breaking the rules. Too many, in this case.

When you continue to break the rules, we continue to progress through the stages of punishment. Simple as that.

So don't bring up irrelevant crap. Exceptions we made to jaysfan in no way apply to you. This is not court. There is no precedent. This is your ban. You broke the rules. You refused to stop. You were banned.

Get this, Jaysfan managed to talk himself out of the truble he caused, so he was only unbanned 8 times.. He would have been banned OVER NINETHOUSAND! times..

Did you know that there's plenty (8!?) of channels on Mumble?

I personally have nothing against trolling/swearing/yelling on mumble.

What's more? The others you were trolling out loud with, did move channel whilst you kept annoying jpk and his friend.

It got to the stage that jpk gave YOU the space and moved to a different channel.

I totally agree with that, there were several things in this "Episode" that i shouldn't have done, but it STILL didnt deserve a ban in my opinion.
