A good way, to tell somebody that you don't want him to talk about what you did, in a ban appeal.

All I remember was Jpk kicking Ruby for cursing over and over which was the right thing to do, but don't ban/kick people from the server just because they are spamming or trolling on mumble, just mute them.

-sigh- this is a ban appeal not a "You have permission to be a hater in this thread" thread.

Just my opinion here but I know jpkoushel well. We are fellow Espero members and he is a good admin. I think judging from your appeal he had good reason too.

BTW i must say, this is really sad if you wont unban me for a ban that was unneccasary, compared to people like jaysfan, who did MUCH MUCH worse, and was unbanned EIGHT times.

what if i got onto mumble under a different name besides hunter9340 and started trolling sawine? IP ban from server? :3 mumble is a different way for people to contact each other on minetown, its still part of minetown and if someone started swearing and stuff on mumble i think that deserves a ban from minetown or a mute so they wont spam on the server itself

We swear, troll, spam mumble all the time, I think this happen due to Jpk being serious and actually doing something 'important'.

I don't think you understand or didn't read my entire post hunter, there is this feature called mute on the SERVER and Mumble, Jpk could have easily warned him, then muted him, not kicking him 10 times and then banning him.

What if you did get on mumble and started trolling sawine? He'd ether mute you or kick your from mumble. Mumble is a separate way of communicating from the server, it's not apart of the server, I don't think server rules should be applied to mumble, because honestly we post and say some fucked up shit in mumble.

Anyway banning someone from Minetown for swearing in mumble sounds stupid, how would that even work out on a ban appeal...

i guess my post was kinda pointless, ahh well, coudlve muted him on mumble and minetown :\
