Person who banned you: Jpkoushel

Reason you were banned: (Reasons that i do not think that are completely vaild) Trolling, Spamming, Swearing.

Me and some other people were fooling around in mumble and Jpkoushel starting insulting and kicking me for no reason like

Kicked: RUBYYY DEATHHH

I was also putting Youtube video links into mumble chat but that was AFTER Jpkoushel starting kicking me

and other reasons as such.

Of course me getting kicked, i do not take those things lightly. He says to stop swearing in chat (Obviously im swearing because he keeps kicking me for no reason.)

He kicks me to the point where i start spamming in chat to cut it out and he needs to stop. (Not exactly in those words.)

Then he moved to another channel in mumble and said if i went in that channel he'd ban me. I went in the channel to tell him off for kicking me so many times and he bans me.

I have to admit, there were things that i did that should not have been done and stopped, but im not the only one at fault here.

I personally think Jpkoushel overused his admin powers and banned me.

I do not think that it was worthy of a ban. Please unban me.

I did not kick you for no reason. I kicked you originally because you continued to scream, "JPK JPK JPK" in Mumble, after being warned that if you did not stop that you would be punished. xJacex and I were working on something that needed communication, and with her microphone it is extremely hard to hear her, let alone with a troll shouting.

Regarding your friends, when they began shouting I asked them to please give us space so that we could work, and they said, "Yes, of course, no problem" and moved to another channel.

You should not have been trolling, spamming, and shouting, let alone cursing and spamming in-game. You were kicked as a result of your actions, not the other way around. There is no justification for wanting to "tell off" an admin for using his authority as it was meant to be used.

Next time, please be honest in your ban appeal. It will help you to get unbanned. However, I don't see much chance for that, as when I posted the earlier quote last night, it was almost unanimous among staff that this was the right action.

i did not scream "JPK JPK JPK" in chat or mumble. And at first i was just joking around and you took it to the extreme. I do not want to say anymore because this is a ban appeal thread not an argument thread. i dont go trolling unless there is a reason.

Oh, I had forgotten, Ruby had also been spamming Youtube links after he was banned from the game, for which there were complaints given to me. This could have been solved had Mumble's permissions not been damaged - I could have banned him there, too.

Yeah if you actually read the whole ban appeal you would have noticed i included that...

1. You were yelling and joining my channel as well in mumble, Cussing and screaming, attempting to troll.

2. You Offered and admin a stack of diamonds to ban me because I killed you (Once)

3. Along with that you consistently cursed at Jpk when he told you to stop, server full of witnesses.

4. "Overused" and "Excessive" must be the biggest words you know, Overused his Admin, Excessive PvP ect ect.

Drew stfu you and i both know you kept killing me to the xtreme several times repeatedly. may not have been yesterday, but you still did. and this appeal is not involving you. I sweared at jpk because he was kicking me for no reason not the other war around. and drew i was in mumble before you were so #1 is totally invalid. go troll on someone elses appeal.

You do know that there other way to tell someone off, because the way you say that make me want to believe Drew. And for the record, you may say you are right, but without physical evidence, you could just howl at the moon and have the same result.

To the extreme? First time I have killed you in the normal world in a week if not longer. Ruby, Lying on your application is a bad idea bro.
