Also, danni said that they are looking into some plugins that could help with the safe-zoning player side, when the server is launched more people will be able to /jail and all that, and hopefully there will be more chat mods...

The whole idea of the prison server is that when a person PvPs, or has "contraband" they get punished, sorta like real prisons. So the guards, if everyone followed rules, would not be needed, they are there to ensure that no one breaks rules, in all truths, the are basically mods. Not some people that just have more. It is NOT A PVP server. It is a RP server, swords are against the rules. Thats how it works. Having a weapon of any kind is against the rules. So if you think thats bad, then a prison server isnt for you, so I would just do /server PvP is you dont like Prison.
PVP is roleplay, QQ

PVP is roleplay, but so is PVP being banned in the rules of this roleplay server. Prisoners are not allowed to PVP, according to the roleplay rules. However you are still able to and will not receive severe punishment more than killing, jailing, or items being confiscated.
The TGuards have to do what they can to stay in the Roleplay. It is hard though, because they do not have the ability to jail, like how guards would. This is a beta, so the gameplay will change when there are guards with the ability to jail.

PVP isn't illegal on the server in general terms, it is illegal in an RP sense. Obviously PVP would be illegal in a prison, but it isn't something that is banned like swearing or hacking, therefore it is only punishable in an RP sense.

I said it was only punishable in an RP sense, and it has been said by Danni a couple times already. "will not receive severe punishment more than killing, jailing, or items being confiscated."
But now everyone who reads this should know. And we can stop arguing about the rules for a Beta server, which is meant to work out the kinks. Just play with the rules during the beta. If anyone doesnt like them when the beta is over and the server has actually started, make a concern post.
Eragon and 21ty will be perma jailed and muted for today starting now.
They will be unjailed and muted tomorrow.
Lucas did everything he could and will remain as tguard.
