Hello All,

First and foremost I'd like to apologize to eragon and 21ty for my outbusrt.

Although I apologize for my actions, I would like to report Eragon121212 and 21ty for their actions and maltreatment.

At Approx 1:17am PST I had logged on to the prison server to try and have a nice morning. I was greeted by Eragon and 21. I had just gotten on duty when I was attacked by Eragon121212 and 21ty. I, having lost a conciderable amount of health and being out numbered two:one, decided to use the safezone as a "rest". 21ty clearly had a disagreement about that claiming that I am a "safezoning pussy wussy" (seen in image 1). I had warned her about her language. (NOTE: To my knowledge, this isnt the first time that she has been warned about her choice of words.) I had pulled up the sentence "There will be times where guards are outnumbered. It is acceptable to save zone or combat log while on duty to ensure they stay alive and not loose staff items." I had told Eragon that normal players arent protected by the rule and that he would receive a 5 - 10 minute jail sentence by ignoring our warnings and continuing to pvp guards. He had posted "*yawn*" in response.

At approx 1:26am PST I had enough of the verbal attacking that Eragon had been writing. So I had done the regrettable thing that I did. I unfortunately called him an ass. ("Why dont you show some respect you ass..."image 3). The response came after receiving the message ("Stop QQing" image 2).

At approx 1:35am PST I had received a harrasing message from Eragon saying ("report link I want to laugh at this" image 4).

As I have filed the report, I would like to take responsibility on the actions that I have done, and would like to formally apologize to Eragon and 21ty on my outburst and immaturity. On the other hand, I would like to see some action taken, (Including against myself) to show other members and the repeat offenders in question that this isnt welcome on the server and that all members equally should be respected. I feel

Whether these guys are in the wrong or not, the T-Guards safezone just as much, if not more than the players.

TGuards are meant to keep the area safe and Not get killed by PvPers like you. This is a roleplay Server and not the Pvp One.

How is combat logging roleplay. PVP is completely roleplay.

You don't see REAL prisoners with weapons better than the guards. Maybe prisoners should be limited to a wooden sword, that seems on the same level as real prison. Then PVP all you want, but beware the consequences.

No because at the end of the day it's a minecraft server, not something to be on par with real life. If it's not fun for prisoners then nobody will play. Duh

The whole idea of the prison server is that when a person PvPs, or has "contraband" they get punished, sorta like real prisons. So the guards, if everyone followed rules, would not be needed, they are there to ensure that no one breaks rules, in all truths, the are basically mods. Not some people that just have more. It is NOT A PVP server. It is a RP server, swords are against the rules. Thats how it works. Having a weapon of any kind is against the rules. So if you think thats bad, then a prison server isnt for you, so I would just do /server PvP is you dont like Prison.

No one seems to be addressing the real issue here... which is the language of the players on the server. Which violates the rules of the server. There are multiple screenshots. The evidence is clear. No discussion is needed other than determining punishment.

If it were up to me, I'd ban 21ty now until 5 days after official launch, Eragon now until 3 days, and I'd demote Lucas from t-guard and ban until 1 day after launch.

That's my opinion, but honestly, if I could do it differently... I'd change the rules to allow safe-zoning to heal for all players. However, I would allow guards to attack in safe-zones, or allow them to jail. If they are allowed to jail players it would have to be for a preset time, like 3 min. Additionally, swearing just needs a filter, and then consider excessive swearing a "spam violation" rather than a language issue.
