The Oasis project is now being overseen by myself. I will still try to follow the basic plan laid out by Eissaye and have four major buildings.

I'm still working on filling in the dirt on the edge of the town, but I need access to the chest with dirt in them.

All the dirt is out, I will have to buy some next time I'm on.
