joey: no...we deal with this same thing all the tiem...if we did, someone would claim the area around the warp to build and then it would be a repeat.

chunks arent loaded far beyond the boarders and do generate when expanded

a map can be as large as you want it...the issue is paying for the server usage, space, and maintenance that will be involved with using more space
