[Enjin Archive] [Other Games] Pokemon MMO
Started by [E] DanniDorrito

Currently the MMO game is still in development so you may find a few missing things or different to the actual game:

- Some NPC's are not completed so when you try and talk to them it comes up with 'Script Not Found'

- When you go upstairs/downstairs it sometimes glitches out and puts you elsewhere by another set of stairs or you appear as not going up them at all.

- You can hold a few items now but not able to take them back off the pokemon, stock up on berries and just give the pokemon those to get your valuable items back.

- Other trainers can steal held items from your pokemon in battle using the dark move Thief (TM43?), the TM can be found in MT Moon I believe so be careful your pokemon isnt holding anything important when in a battle

- You can use the command /unstuck to teleport straight back to Pallet Town... however it sometimes glitches and you may find yourself stuck in a tree or on a house in Pallet. Just use the command again or relog to fix the problem.

- You can add players as friends but only if they are online and not busy (In battles ect)

- They have not yet implemented Legendary Pokemon

- They have not yet implemented the Elite Four

- You cannot trade Starter pokemon below Lv50, this is to prevent farming the pokemon.

- Cannot trade Eevee, Hitmonchan or Hitmonlee below Lv50, same reason as starters... not sure about NPC traded pokemon

- You can create up to 3 character accounts but cannot delete them.

- Can now trade NPC trainers to obtain Lickitung, Mr.Mime and Jynx

- Breeding has not yet been implemented

- Use /time to check if it is day or night ingame, important if wanting to evolve eevee into Umbreon or Espeon... sometimes the ingame clock is out of sync

- To use fly make sure you get the map from Gary's (Whatever you named your rival, in my case 'Douche') sister in Pallet Town, add it to your hotkey and open it, press 'a' button on a town you want to fly to.

... Can't think of any others <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f610.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":|">:|</object> Hope this helps you guys!! <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object> x
Also, if you are serious on training your pokemon to their best potential then these links should help you <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

This can be used too for noobs who are not sure what EV Training pokemon means <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f61b.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":p">:p</object>

Pokemon Natures

All pokemon have natures. Most natures determine a 10% increase in a stat and a 10% decrease in another stat so you know which pokemon will be useful and which have bad natures for that type of pokemon. Some natures will result in no change to stats which is always good <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

IV Calculator

Simple: Fill out your pokemon details and it will show what your pokemons best and worst stats are. This will aid in EV training your pokemon so you know what its strengths and weaknesses are within its stats.

EV Spots

Here is a nifty guide to the best spots to EV train pokemon in for a certain stat. Depending what pokemon you battle will depend what EV's your pokemon gain.

For example if you battle a lot of Caterpies within Viridian Forest you will gain a lot of HP EV's for your pokemon.

Remember: Every 4 EV's you gain in a certain stat will equal to one full stat for your pokemon <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

I believe you can gain up to 255 EV's in total for your pokemon, this can potentially be 63 extra stats for your pokemon (Giving you 3 EV's to spare)

Hope this helps x
Questionnn, where do you find eevees :3
You only get one eevee and its at Celadon City, head by the pokemon center and there should be an opening to go north and behind the buildings at the top of the city. There will be a door entrance behind one of the buildings, climb the flight of stairs to the top and eevee should be in a pokeball on the top <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object> x

Note: Sorry if my answers are a little too vague, this is all from the top of my head without googling it lol x

I have a level 19 charmander, a level 8 Geodude, a level 2 Rattata (on computer), a level 5 pikachu. al evel 49 onix (Loafing bastard), and a level 14 Ghastly. :angry2:
We should form our own organization ingame. Call it 'Team Minetown', or 'Team MT' for short.

Specifics: Minetown'ers only guild in Pokemon MMO.
