I know it's a million-to-one chance I will be aloud to be back on but this is my first chance, and im not gunna say my brother did it because I accept I broke the rules and that I deserve to be banned but if you could please allow me back on the server it would greatly apprciated

You know what, i've had enough of griefers like you. you didn't just steal. Actually, you probably did steal from that chest. But you purposely broke the sponge to take it. And you're not sorry you did it, you're sorry because you got caught doing it. I'm not unbanning you, if someone else is more sympathetic then they can. You did what you did, accept the consequences.
