:21"]All those mods should work together fine, as I have them all installed on my minecraft. As HS1342 said make sure you have got the correct/latest version of each mod. Also try to install them one by one rather than all at once.

For example, drag files for mod loader over to minecraft.jar, open minecraft to make sure it works, close minecraft, drag files over for optifine, open/close minecraft etc.

That is how I normally install mods if I have a lot to install. Also if you do it this way it is easier to tell which mod is causing you problems, like if it works fine untill you install Rei's Minimap, you know that is where the problem is, generally!
