Ok so I finally got a reply and this is what she said.

So it looks like it isnt a problem with the website. It must be your guys browser. Maybe you need some new drivers or something?

Nah Cody, Firefox latest, its is like, everywhere.

If my browser is the problem, it's because it is TOO new, not because I need to upgrade it. xD
