...we are not going to pay MTC for diamonds...the only way for MTC to be added into the game is through voting. if we allow creation of MTC via selling of diamonds, there will be no point in voting any more.

cykoh, people already sell diamonds for 30 mtc You would be tripling your money, which is worse than abusing glitches.

Everyone wants this, but it is only because of the reason Zionia pointed out, you can only get about 1,000 creds a day from voting, however people want a lot more for spawners etc. so if this was available, especially at the rates you suggested, people would no longer be bothered to vote (unless really dedicated) and they would just try and sell their items for diamonds. At least if you can only get credits through voting then the staff know that any creds spent come from votes towards the server!

The fundamental issue is this wouldn't fix anything. This would just crash the mtc market as well as the diamond market. If you want to fix the price of diamonds, then you have to get the diamonds out of the market without just flooding it with credits in return, or we're right back where we started. Spend the diamonds on vault upgrades or other things that "send them back to the server" and get them out of the market.
