Hold up.

Why the hell does he have so many downvotes?

Although already suggested, he has an organized post and our server's best intentions in mind.

His idea is easily understood, and he is pretty much concise and efficient.

I meant no offence to anyone's building abilities, I merely meant the ability to fly would be limited to the top 10 or so builders.

And yes, why all the down votes? God dam, im just trying to be constructive.
