i want to report this player for killing me in the end after i global chat warned people i had pvp off!! i too screen shots so hear is the proof

Judging by the fact that I killed you, the PVP on/off plugin clearly wasn't working.

Firstly, if you don't want to be killed, don't go to the end where people kill each other. It's pretty simple.

Secondly, warning people that they shouldn't kill you probably won't work because when you're in the end, you spend too much time killing and dying to pay attention to that.

Please don't get so butthurt about this. I died earlier and lost all my stuff worth a few stacks of diamond, I'm over it.

We're sorry this happened to you but The End is 'Lawless', meaning anything goes. Whenever ANYONE enters it, they run the risk of having the same thing happen to them.

Also mut418, a little basic literacy wouldn't go amiss on this forum.

Ahh see. you can tell in the last picture he burned to death. Fire aspect swords get around the pvp off because the anti-pvp plugin doesn't recognize the fire damage coming from the player, it's handled differently.

From what I understand, you should still see the big "PVP IS DISABLED" or something to that effect when you strike the players, making it clear that they have their pvp turned off and that you should probably not be attacking them. Unless the sheer amount of times this exact thing has happened to people has changed the mods opinions on this, it's generally considered exploiting a glitch and is against the rules just as killing in an region like spawn where pvp is off.

if you had pvp off, the only was someone can kill you is with 1: a bow, 2: a fire aspect sword or 3: bedbombs...considering it looks like you were on fire, this does look to be a poor decision here...Did he only kill you once or was this a repetitive thing?

I don't need to make a ban appeal because I'm not going to be banned, if the mods have any sense.

I would also like to point out that, having tested this theory, the pvp protection plugin isn't working at present. And I know for a fact that I saw no red writing telling that your PvP was off, I'm also certain that you didn't die from fire damage alone, as i killed you in about two hits and you were dead almost instantly.

Like Yield said, though, the End is lawless. Don't go there unless you're ready for a fight.
