They shouldn't be in survival at all, so I'd argue that they're rare... Even know they're not really.

Sure, I would donate more if it came out, but I don't want to have an excessive amount seeing as they are a CS item and should stay that way to they don't lose value.

Anyway, I don't think they should be in a kit.

I think having certain ones in seperate kits is a good idea. Like /kit chickens might get you two, or /kit milk and you get a cow and a bucket, or something.

Cow, Sheep, Pig, Chicken, Wolf and maybe high donators ($300 donator pack) get one villager egg? These would be given like they get given credits instead of being /kits

The kits would get overused and would mean eggs wouldnt be that special rare item they were.

Yeah, I see what you mean about them decreacing in rarity but in my opinion, not all of them should be considered rare. I bought 2 sheep eggs and with the help of my friend Fibonacci and a stack of wheat I have a room with more sheep than I would ever need. I think the farm animal spawn eggs are more of a convince than a rarity.
