The thing is rosie... unless you have proof that you had those items, there's no way of telling what you may have had. I'm going by what Danni and many other Mods/Admins have said.
The entire city needed to be wiped, so there are two reasons why it would cause complications for them to refund absolutely everything. One, they don't necessarily have the time or the amount of the people to do that many refunds, and even if they did, lets be honest. With that many people, there would be a lot of players taking advantage.
Two, there was mass duping going on in the town. They will never know exactly the amount of people who may have been in on it, so they take the risk of reimbursing duped items. They can't just make exceptions for people or else everybody would want to be pleased, then they would just be back at square one. I understand it's a very unfortunate thing that happened, and it was all because of a few players, but you aren't the only one who lost items.
