/warp merc was demolished due to the area being part of a duping incident. I lost items and asked for a refund, but it was made clear and it is to my knowledge that no player was to be refunded for the items they lost in that town due to the duping incident.

I don't know if individual mods can make personal decisions whether to refund a person if they've lost items from /warp merc, but recently a player was refunded. I have proof, but I'm not going to name names unless needed.

Can an Admin or Mod clarify this? Thank you.

Yeah well I just read a post that Zionia posted in a refund thread and she stated that only people who lost items on their character due to them being in merc at the time of the WorldEdit would be refunded.

But, I'll wait for a mod or admin to reply for final judgment.

Please message me the details. Player, items refunded and who did the refund.

All mods involved in the incident agreed no refunds to be given as the entire city needed to be wiped.

Jallaf, rosie2999 isn't banned. He was but it got worked out.

I just noticed in-game that he was being refunded for items he lost in merc, and I figured I'd ask about it because I lost items there too and was told no one was getting a refund. I don't know any of the information about who was involved in the agreement to no refunds for merc items.

My intention wasn't to get you in trouble Jallaf. I simply wanted to bring this to attention as I am a witness to the merc incident and aware that no player was to get a refund.

Oh so thats the situation, Jallaf Im sorry for the trouble this has caused but let me explain why I got the amount I got... (It was all the stuff I had collected)

I have been a guest for two and a half months before becoming a member, in that time I had set up a base, and started stocking up for when I would become member... I tried so many times to become a member, and after the first time I was banned I donated! I didnt want to cause any trouble, and even afterwards when I got ahold of a couple pig spawners from a friend, thats how I got all those things. Please dont take those from me if I get unbanned, I worked SOO hard for that stuff, and again, Im really sorry.
