Danni, I've checked the area. He has a protection near their city (roughly 20 blocks away) from Pokemon's area. As well, Matt's buildings are roughly 60+ units away from Pokemon's building. I'd say that just make sure that neither of their protections expand closer to each other. I've also spoken with Pokemon and told her not to expand closer to him (but to expand in the other direction).
I agree with Danni on this. However, I do believe this situation is resolved. There is fair distance between the two regions. Pokemon already has a cobble wall up (which she can take down and replace with a prettyful wall, like Danni suggested) at the edge of her border. Like I said, so long as neither region expands towards each other, neither party should complain. From Pokemon's story, Matt was complaining about a 60 unit distance (his nearest structure, which happens to be a bridge over a lake).
Haha, lag... lol. You now have to build at least 4 units away if you don't want someone to build a 1x1 tower to hop over (since spring allows you to jump 3 units).
