well what can i say, this town is awesome! my shop gets tons of sales and well the layout is great! if you need any spawners for the traps i will donate a few just reply here or msg me in game if you want them.

Update- Well, I am in the near future, going to be adding a TON of lots to Lake Town. I have hired people to clear 2 huge areas for properties! One, is just above the market. The other, larger one, is behind my house. So, you will soon see close to 30 more properties!

Next, I want to talk about the Residential Benefits I will be adding.

I will be adding vaults to Lake Town this week. There are going to be small, medium, and larges, and you cash have stuff added on. They will be WELL protected. The rates are yet to be decided. All I know is, residents will get a nice discount.

I will also be adding a town SHEEP SPAWNER! Today, I got enough money to purchase one. This isn't going to be free for anyone, including residents. <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/2639.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":(">:(</object> The reason for this is: Lake Town needs to get funds to continue expanding and, I don't want a lot of people using it. So, the rates will probably look something like this: 6 stacks of diamonds for non-residents, and 3 for residents. THESE MAY CHANGE! The only reason for the rates being high, is sheep spawners are rare. Other people are charging 80 Diamond blocks (720 diamonds). I may lower them, but its a pretty good price, when you consider I will only let about 15 people use the spawner. You will have PLEANTY of time to use it by yourself. No fighting over sheep <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f600.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":d">:d</object>.

Those are the things I plan to do this week. Some lots will be added this week, including market lots, and the rest will come this month.
