I feel he should not be banned he is a skilled player who never breaks stuff on purpose.

I think he should just be temp banned.

Taking into account your time on the server and that this is your first incident the time you've been banned is enough i believe. But consider that the rules are the rules, there's little, if any, distinction by staff for a minor grief to a major grief.
