Its called an Enderman, Peaceful mob That spawns at nighttime. unknown whether it will attack you once you attack it or what it drops. But it'll teleport to you once you look away. It will freeze when you look at it....kinda like the ghosts from Mario. NOTE: it will stop being peaceful when you look STRAIGHT at it.
