Username: Psyoleticniveus When you were banned : 04-08-2014 Person who banned you: 'Neil' Reason you were banned: 'Protecting chests in another player's area' Server: Minetown Main Server I am writing to appeal to the ban given to me without any prior warning. The reasons why I should be unbanned and the back-story are as follows: To my full and prior knowledge, I had full permissions to build, live and place/destroy blocks in 'kcoop920's' home. At the time of the ban, I believed to still hold these full permissions and liberties. Also, during this period kcoop920 and I have been fighting. So potentially, my permissions may have been removed, I still do not know if they have. I will admit, I did lock some chests that weren't mine in the area. But, I had permissions to and had no reason to believe that there was any wrongdoing in locking any chests in the rules of the server, especially when I have permissions to lock the chests. After locking these chests and being called things like an 'asshole' and being told to 'go fuck myself' outside of mine town chat, I had offered to unlock the chests, to which I was told 'Neil has done it.' From there, I thought the problem had ended. Then I was suddenly banned without any prior warning, and without any explanation as to whether it would be permanent or not. I now understand that locking chests in an area which you have permissions is not allowed, and I will not do it again. I think a stern talking to an a warning would have been a significant deterrence against this action.
