I am writing to appeal to the ban given to me without any prior warning. The reasons why I should be unbanned and the back-story are as follows:

To my full and prior knowledge, I had full permissions to build, live and place/destroy blocks in 'kcoop920's' home. At the time of the ban, I believed to still hold these full permissions and liberties. Also, during this period kcoop920 and I have been fighting. So potentially, my permissions may have been removed, I still do not know if they have.

I will admit, I did lock some chests that weren't mine in the area. But, I had permissions to and had no reason to believe that there was any wrongdoing in locking any chests in the rules of the server, especially when I have permissions to lock the chests.

After locking these chests and being called things like an 'asshole' and being told to 'go fuck myself' outside of mine town chat, I had offered to unlock the chests, to which I was told 'Neil has done it.' From there, I thought the problem had ended. Then I was suddenly banned without any prior warning, and without any explanation as to whether it would be permanent or not.

I now understand that locking chests in an area which you have permissions is not allowed, and I will not do it again. I think a stern talking to an a warning would have been a significant deterrence against this action.

I hope my liberties to play Minetown are restored so I can play with my friends again <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>

Alrighty then, I do apologize for the lack of response last night.

Due to the fact that you had offered to unlock the chests before/while a moderator was being contacted I have decided you will serve a 24 hour ban. This will include the time you've already served. You will be unbanned tonight at 5 pm PST (Pacific Daylight Time To be exact (PDT).

Please reread the rules while you serve your time and reflect on what you did. Locking someone else's chests without there permission could be viewed as griefing, theft and trolling of a player all in one bundle. All of which are frowned upon on this server. I do understand that you offered to unlock the chests but if they were not yours you shouldn't have locked them in the first place. Please keep in mind that since this is your first offense you have been cut a little slack, if you are reported/banned for the same thing again the punishment will be longer.
