I am very sorry that this occured, and that I had no affiliations with this server that i accidentaly stated in public chat. I had just seen Sir_Penguinman on this server and i was trying to confirm this in /pm but i forgot to type /pm. I also know know that even typing a server not within the EximiusGaming Network is wrong, and that i should not have done what i did. Not to offend anyone, but if the offense is not clearly stated to you, to let staff decide rather than destroy all your competition in the server. hello, staff of Minetown Prison, I have experienced problems with a player named ajer21, saying offensive things through message system. Here is a screenshot I took of the issue.

Explain: I think I would make a fantastic Officer or Sergeant because of my previous experience as a PVPer, Prison owner, and Guard ranks on other servers. Also my maturity, although being only 16 is exceedingly high. Why do you think you will make a good moderator on Minetown? Explain: Well, I think I would be a great Moderator because of my experience, maturity, people skills, and grammar. The experience I have is second to none as I have been a Staff member on 23 servers. None of my superiors have complained about my moderation, administration, or ownership. Maturity is also a key point for your server because of the popularity and image it has created. Although I am only 16, I believe that my maturity level is highest of the high. I never swear unless pushed to my limits, never start a fight or join one, stand up for the ones that are being harassed, and do what I'm supposed to do when told to by my superiors. Now, all MineTown members have some decent people's skills, but I believe that mine are of the top rank, because of how I handle a problem, argument, or just chatting. When I am faced with a problem, I try to look at both sides, then honestly(but nicely) tell the people who's side I think is more logical, and try to compensate. Lastly is grammar. Grammar in my opinion is essential in a good staff member because if you use horrible grammar skills, people take you less seriously and can't understand you. I always use capital letters, punctuation, and additionally, proper spelling. 11. Additional info you would like to tell us?: I am also a dedicated player of your other server:FlyMC. Also I would like to post the rules and check them off here. Main: Overseeing chat and making sure everyone is having fun and not abusing others or the game itself: Yes I am non abusive to others nor the game. Attend petitions and deal with them to whatever the player needs: Yes, I will always think about the players first, and tend to them Checking possible griefing via the Hawkeye System: Yes, griefing is a serious annoyance to other players and I will tend to all griefers. Inventory checks to make sure no one is stealing or duping: Yes, stealing is wrong in MineTown and duping is a bad thing to do to. I believe to do it yourself or don't do it at all. Confronting people who break the rules and take the necessary actions; such as jail, mute, kick, ban ect.: Yes, I will always enforce the rules and give the appropriate punishment. Manage warps and region protections ensuring they are correctly done and given:Yes, my experience with protection is very good and I will always tend to them properly and orderly. Help people and answer questions in chat:Yes, I will always manage the chat, as it is a big part of any server. There are other minor duties but the overall mission of a moderator is to serve and protect Minetown:Yes: I will tend to all minor duties while serving and protecting MineTown Main and PVP as well. You will represent Minetown Main and PVP as a staff member so would need to watch how you act and speak to players: Yes, I will use proper behaviour when talking to anyone superior Its frowned upon for moderators to be in factions so if you really are interested in a staff position please be prepared to not participate in factions. This is because staff will need to deal with a lot of faction problems and staff need to not be involved with the factions so they are able to form none biased opinions on the matter in hand. This has been discussed between staff and this was an overall opinion on it.
