After carefully considering all available evidence, it is obvious you intended to scam another player. Despite the fact this entire exchange was witnessed by a staff member and another player, you continue to deny any wrongdoing whatsoever. On top of that, your conduct in this appeal is absolutely unacceptable.

For future reference, ban lengths are decided on a case-by-case basis once the banned player posts an appropriate appeal. This case was a bit more complex due to the amount of people involved.

You will remain banned for a period of one (1) month. You will be unbanned on January 20, 2014.

I will warn you, however, if you are banned for this reason or similar in the future, you will no longer be welcome on Minetown.
