Since I can no longer access my island how do I go about starting a new island?

There is a time period that you have to wait between restarting islands though I don't remember it exactly. If you recently restarted then that may be the issue.

The thing is that I never tried to reset/restart my island, I believe it was mistakenly deleted (my guess only) so when I try to go to my island, it gives me that hole in the floor error and this has been happening for a couple months but today I tried to restart and it wouldn't let me, bottom line is I can not play Skyblock at all.

Try making a new island, as if you first joined
