I found this mod that allows you to download the chunks that you can see!

It causes no load on the server, here's the creator's explanation:

I think it is really nice, you can go and copy an area in the server, and then build on it in SP to test out if certain things would work in the area you're planning on building in.

shh, im not gonna use it for that :3 you could, but I'm not going to. it's a lot of effort, especially since you have to walk around the world to find stuff, then go into SP to see if you found something

I dont really like that mod because it encourage "stealing" from servers. I know most people wont use it for that, but some will probably do...

doesnt really encourage "stealing", it give the option, but not encourage <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f61b.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":p">:p</object> Although I could see some good uses for this, when we hold building contests we could use it to dl the area with the entries and then post it up on the forums, erase the area and there would still be a copy of them if anyobody needed them.
