On the rules I should have 3 chances 1 if the offences are bad enough and how much things I collect by xray and I collected nothing.

This was your second ban, but for serious offenses. You claim you did not get any resources by using this exploit, but what's to say you wouldn't at a later time? I do not believe you'll follow the rules now or in the future. I am upholding the ruling of a permaban.
