Oh, this was me I think. The guy was whining and harassing people so I temporarily banned him, but I unbanned him in a few hours. He proceeded to whine and harass people the next day again, so he eventually got banned for good.

KingMark is a very nice person and would not give someone a ban if they didn't deserve it. Also, he was nice enough to give him a temp ban as a warning.

Let him write a new appeal with proper information etc.

If it's good enough unban him.

He went to woodbridge after and got banned there too.

This is a perma ban on minetown and will not be lifted.
