Hey Hey Heyy, I have recently realised a reoccurring bug with the MyPet levelling system, every time a player's pet levels up, a deformed or genetically modified MyPet clone will come out, for example, a wolf might clone with it's face facing straight up, as if it had a broken neck, or a black horse might clone as a white horse, these 'clones' can be killed with one hit, but it could become a problem. People could abuse the system or spam it. I just thought I would let you know now before it turned into something serious like when players got clones by dying in the nether.

I feel that their should be a max amount of time for your pet to respawn. My pet now takes 750 seconds to respawn. sooner or later it will be so high training my pet will be impossible. I hope there's a way to set a max. I know I'm not the only one with this problem. I believe in the max because people kill my pet all the time.
The clones shouldnt give out any EXP when killed, have they been doing that? It shouldn't be any problem if they don't give out any EXP. I've also heard the clones are client side, so if you relog you shouldn't see the clone anymore, but this may not be the case.

Your pets level, health, damage and skills are higher so more difficult for any lower levels to kill, it would also take a while for other pets around the same level to kill, so any pet battles would last longer. Its intentional that their respawn time takes longer when the pet is at a higher level, this makes leveling slightly more difficult and the only con to having a stronger pet. Its intentional that leveling a pet is difficult, it should be a time consuming matter to try and get a maxed out pet.

I think its something like set respawn time plus (5 seconds x pet level), not entirely sure however.
I Believe it is 5x the number of times your pet has been killed. My pet has been killed over a hundred times. which is what my problem is. if i keep the forever, in 6 months I Will never be able to use my pet.

Your belief is incorrect. I was the one who showed this plugin and we tested it on another Eximius Server before bringing it to Minetown, so I know the configuration very well. I don't know the exact numbers for how they've set up Agharta's configuration but it is a set respawn time all pets have (Lets say 10 seconds) and then an amount times by the pet level.

So lets say your pet is level 15 and the times amount is 5.

It would be 10sec + (5 x 15)

Which would be 85sec respawn time for a lvl15 pet.

Again, I don't know the exact configuration numbers so the numbers above are just examples of how the respawn times are worked out.
Ok well good, You're probably right. Thanks for clarifying. I never really raised a pet, my less forum active friends were complaining about it so I tried. to mention it in a constructive way, rather than just complaining about it.

This is a guide I made for the EximiusGaming server, I'm planning to make a Minetown one when I get back.

Hopefully this may help you, but some information may be different as the config for Agharta could have changed: http://flymc.net/pets/index.php (As far as I know its practically the same though)
