I have no idea what's the tax about, heard it's 80% from the total MTC..

I have 180k few days ago....and 12 hours ago i check was around 30k..

but i just check few min ago it becomes 8mtc...

WHAT happened to Minetown??? all those hard earn and save MTC sudden become 8mtc without spending any MTC ....it took me 2 years of saving..

I donated 2 years ago and keep on saving it....it by right should have the min MTC left in according to my donate package and all gone for nothing

very sad and disappointed a little....it's not easy to save those money

There was indeed a global tax of -80% MTC.

So your ~180k became ~35k.

However, I don't know where the rest went. Did you perhaps buy any landclaimblocks on Agharta?

Hey Sim, an 80% tax was applied to all MTC upon the release of Agharta. If you think about it, by taking the money away but keeping the economy, each MTC is now worth 80% more, so you didn't really lose anything. As for how your 30k went missing, I'd suggest remembering if you bought any claimblocks on the new Agharta server (as Landro suggested). No..... I am c.y.k.o.h. ....i only play in main server......never play in others...so it's impossible losting the 30k T_T

Possible you got taxed 80% twice? Not sure.

It's really not. There have been 10 times more reasons why it better benefits the economy then why it dosn't. Just because you don't like your money being taxed, does not mean its bullshit, or stupid. Everyone, including the oldest of the oldest members have been taxed 80% It's all 100% fair, and now, the mtc is worth 80% more then it was a few days ago.
