Xbox does do 3D. Honestly in my opinion, I would have an xbox, which I do. I like the PS3 to the point where I dont like arguing about it. But I dont like the controller... why shapes :/ and why would they take the thing away that keeps the triggers from being bumped when you dont want them to be. In all I think

PS3 = Better Graphics, Free Network, More Exclusives

Xbox = More reliable, More reasonable controller, Better features on XBL
