What if your main account (all runes & masteries etc) is on the Euw server? Or do we get to fight on the PBE server?

Edit: Nvm, saw your post earlier, NA only, I'll participate. When do we get to hear the times?

Last time they did this, if one person was going up against another with more runes and masteries, that person would have to only us as much runes as the other. Or they both would use none at all.
