NoCheat cant be bypassed. And "hovering bug" is possible. If you relog it fix it.

no warnings, i didn't know why it wasn't going off but tping to him showed it wasn't just an offset from my client as i fell to my death.

As a basic member I have tested that myself.

If you get too high,the plugin pulls you down to the ground but there are glitches/bugs to remain hovering.

Try it for yourself the ''nocheat'' isn't 100%

As for my opinion on this , aside from the trolling and such.

Hovering,depending how he was hovering. As in 1 block off ground or hovering after walking off a tower.

It's very hard for me to decide if I see this as cheating.

as 1 block off ground is nothing to be banning for but if he is exploiting the nocheat plugin but abusing bugs.

I would ban for that but not for a 1 block hover.

The details from Cryston about the incident were not clear to me enough to describe the scene honestly.
