Ive been lagging all day and yesterday.. Im at a giant lan party, 100 gb/s with 5000-7000 geeks all useing the internet and ive downloading loads of shit.. ive been hovering above the ground before because lag before..

I was allready on THIN ice.. why would i be useing hacks then? Im not that fucking stupid! All i do is trolling.. Seriusly guys! :/

He wasn't flying, he was lagging hard.

When he logs out, it takes 2 minutes or so for it to log out on the server.

Alright, I know I didn't want to do this. But exe did sound sincere on mumble. We all float around sometimes with lag, and even though I think he has had too many chances, this is an accident.

Exeriti was not flying, at least it did not look that way to me. He did sound Sincere in mumble, as Gatshet said. Jayo, Were you Recording?

I did the /ban command

As far as you considering it hovering that's no different from flying. It's the same as flying and staying still, which anyone can do. it's not like it forces you to move in order to stay in the air.

Lag from the client cannot cause this sort of result. Your presence at a lan party does not explain it at all considering the server determines player positions. If the whole server was lagging then seeing a temporarily floating person would be understandable. If you personally were seeming to be up in the air that would be from your connection. having people see you up in the air that are completely separate would have seen you on the ground and just seen you not moving on the ground.

The excuses you have made are illegitimate and I see no reason for you to be unbanned after this incident.

Your history of trolling has put you on thin ice. that fact doesn't somehow correct this offence by saying you are just not that stupid, but more emphasizes the fact that you shouldn't be back on the server considering your past conduct.

He cant even fly with nocheat

Like Reggie said, he would have been grounded if he was flying.

And would be kicked after multiple attempts.
